PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All purchases are final.

Refunds are only issued in the event that Designer Wink ships an incorrect or damaged product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for review and potential refund.
Designer Wink is not responsible for:
• Improper use of products
• Damage caused during unpackaging
• Incorrect application
• Incorrect item selection at checkout

All disputes will be formally challenged.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days).
Once your package has been shipped, Designer Wink is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delays
• Damaged packages in transit

HANDMADE STRIPS – PRODUCTION TIME

All strip lashes are individually handmade.
Production time: 1–5 business days
(This may vary during sales or high-volume periods.)
Production time does not include shipping time.
If you are purchasing for a specific event, please plan accordingly.
Because these lashes are handmade, slight variations in styling may occur.

All strips are mixed with varying lengths and curls unless a specific length is requested at the time of purchase.

Tuesday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed Sundays & Mondays

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

• A valid first and last name must be entered at checkout.
• Shipping and billing addresses must match.
If information is incorrect, you will receive a text notification.

If no response is received within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and refunded.
STRIP LASH CARE
​
Do they fall out like extensions?
No. However, they are delicate. Improper care may cause damage or separation.
Are they all the same length?
No. All strips are mixed unless a specific length is requested.
How do I apply them?
You may trim the band to fit your eye shape.
Allow adhesive to become tacky before placement.
We do not recommend hair glue.
For a fuller look, layering is optional.
Can they be cleaned?
Yes — gentle care will extend wear.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed through the website and may take up to one week to reflect, depending on your bank.
